Open Gyms are open to incoming 7^th graders and current students at Black Canyon MS.

        Thursday June 5, 12, 19, 26 5:00-7:00 pm

        Friday June 6, 13, 20, 27 10:00 am-12:00 pm

Volleyball Tryouts August 11-12

         Students who are participating in Girls Volleyball will need to fill out the Middle School Extracurricular Participation Form and submit a physical and a signed parent consent form.

Parent Permission and Physical Form

Parents/guardians are now able to upload a doctor’s physical digitally & digitally sign the consent forms. If Black Canyon MS does not have a physical on file or a consent form, students will not be allowed to participate without proper documentation.

Pay to play for is $50.00 and all students will need to have an activity card, if they do not they can be purchased from the School Bookkeeper for $15.00.
