Parent Permission and Physical Form

2023 Girls Basketball

7^th and 8^th Grade girls Basketball will start Sept. 26^th with open gyms.  Open gyms and tryouts are open to any student who would like to play.  Paper work must be turned in by Oct. 6^th . (parent permissions, physical)

7^th Grade Girls open gym are Sept. 26^th  from 6-8 pm, Sept. 28^th  from 6-8pm @ BCMS gym.   

8^th Grade Girls open gym are Oct 2-6^th  from 4-6 pm @ BCMS gym.

Tryouts 

7^th Grade Girls Oct 9^th  6-8 pm BCMS gym.

8^th Grade Girls Oct 9^th 4-6 pm BCMS gym. 

In order to participate students must have a current physician signed physical on file, a basketball parent permission form turned in by October 6, 2023. Forms are available in the front office.  Pay to play for basketball is $50.00 and all students will need to have an activity card, if they do not they can be purchased from the School Bookkeeper for $15.00.
