Students who are participating in Track will need to fill out the Middle School Extracurricular Participation Form and submit a physical and a signed parent consent form.
First practice is March 9, 2026. Parent meeting ins March 10 @ 5:30 pm.

Parents/guardians need to upload a doctor’s physical digitally & digitally sign the consent forms. If Black Canyon MS does not have a physical on file or a consent form, students will not be allowed to participate without proper documentation. Paperwork must be completed by March 9. Pay to play fees will be open on powerschool March 11th.
Pay to play is $50.00 and all students will need to have an activity card, if they do not they can be purchased from the School Bookkeeper for $15.00.
